HDF

In my home town there is a new gym that my buddy opened up called HDF. Im one of the workers there and physical trainers. Its a really big gym and would hope it will turn into a smaller golds gym one day. I like to help people work out and train and help them better their workouts. Lifting weights and training is one of my hobbies and makes my feel good. Im there most of the day after school and at night.
